Appointments
Please call us for an appointment at (508) 693-9682. Emergencies seen as needed. 24 hour business day notice required for cancellations or a $66.00 Failed Visit Fee will apply.
Insurance
At this time, the office does not accept any insurance. However, we are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose an out-of-network dentist.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Payment is due day of service We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
